Spring Show Rehearsal Schedule Spring Showcase Rehearsals: May 17-22 Monday Ballet 4 Studio 15 7.30-8.30 Tuesday Ballet 4 Studio 15 6.30-8.00 Wednesday Ballet 3 South Studio 6.45-7.45 Thursday Jazz 3 / 4 Studio 15 8.00-8.30 Friday Ballet 4 South Studio 6.30-7.30 Saturday Parent Meeting Studio 15 10.00-11.00 Warm Up 2B-4 South Studio 10.00-11.00 Run Show ALL Studio 15 11.00-1.00 · CM I and II will be released early Ballet 2B - 4 Run South Studio 11.00-1.30 Jazz 3 / 4 South Studio 2.00-2.30 **Please note that there will be mandatory rehearsals on the following Saturdays:
May 23- Spring Showcase Dress rehearsal - 1:30 in the afternoon
May 23- Spring Showcase- 5:00p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Failure to attend these rehearsals will result in removal from the performance. Student Spring Showcase: Dress Rehearsal Schedule- Sunday, May 23 River Stage All Creative Movement I and II 1.30-2.00 Tiny Tappers, Tap I and II 2.00-2.15 Jazz I, II and III 2.15-2.30 Pre-Ballet, Ballet 1A and 1B 2.30-3.00 Ballet 2A, 2B, 3 and 4 3.00-4.00 5.00 PM PERFORMANCE 7:00 PM PERFORMANCE •· Please have dancers back stage at least 30 minutes before the performance and DO NOT pick up until the end of the performance. •· No children will be dismissed at intermission, please plan on attending the entire performance. The duration of the show is 1 hour. •· MEETING SATURDAY, MAY 22 IN STUDIO 15 AT 10:00AM TO ANSWER ALL FURTHER QUESTIONS. REHEARSAL FOLLOWING.
